Appearance Guidelines

This year, the Kansas City Starting 11 Girls are working to make a positive impact in the community. In addition to participating in charitable causes around the city, they are available to make appearances for community and corporate events. If you are interested in having a member of the Starting 11 Girls participate in your event, please review the guidelines and submit a request using the Starting 11 Girls Appearance Request Form.

Guidelines

• Requests must be received two (2) weeks prior to the event date
• All requests must be submitted via the Starting 11 Girl Request Form
• Completed request forms mailed to the following:**

  Leawood, KS 66206
  

*Starting 11 Girls appearance fees apply. Details available upon request.
**Faxed/emailed copies will NOT be considered.

Please refer to the Kansas City Wizards schedule prior to submitting your request, as appearances will not be scheduled on the day of a home game.

When considering appearance requests, we adhere to the criteria listed below:

Promoting Starting 11 Girls Appearances

Use of the Kansas City Wizards name, logos and trademarks and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event or organization by the Kansas City Wizards, Kansas City Wizards Foundation, or Major League Soccer must be approved in writing by the Kansas City Wizards. Before promoting a Wizards player appearance, please contact the Public Relations Department for approval. This policy pertains to all forms of advertising, including all print, television and radio promotion.

Next Steps

Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a Community Relations representative and learn the status of your request: declined, pending or accepted. Due to the volume of requests, please allow up to a week for a response.

If your request has been accepted, it has been done so in accordance to the information provided in the Starting 11 Girls Appearance Request Form. If changes are made after this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the changes.

If for any reason we need to cancel an appearance, we will notify your organization as soon as we are aware of an unavoidable conflict.
