Policies and Procedures
FC Dallas is committed to supporting charities in the surrounding communities to generate a positive impact throughout the region. We feel that community involvement is not only the responsibility of the team, but also an opportunity to show our support for the great number of organizations which work tirelessly to help those in need.
Making a Request
All requests for autographed memorabilia are limited to auction and/or raffle activities designed to raise funds for charities in the Dallas area. Preference is given to charities which serve youth where the funds go directly to those in need.
Requests from non-profit associations fundraising for operating expenses are not considered. FC Dallas does not donate merchandise to be used as prizes or volunteer recognition gifts.
Application Process
All requests must be submitted in writing on the letterhead of the requesting organization and state the nature of the event, the date of the event, and how the funds will be used. All requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of the event for which the donation is needed.

Processing Your Request
FC Dallas will make every effort to process your request at least three weeks prior to your event. We ask that telephone inquiries regarding status not be made due to the high volume of requests received.
