At the center of all MetroStars Player Development programs is MLS Camps unique child centered Kiddriculum, this one of a kind curriculum consist of two broad themes:
- Play SAFE is used for our 5 to 11 year old program and is based around the 5 key areas of Play, Soccer, Awareness, Fun and Education.
- A.T.T.A.C.K. is used for our 12 – 18 year old program and is based around the 6 key areas of Attitude, Training, Techniques, Awareness, Competition and Knowledge.

- Online Curriculum Check out our exclusive online curriculum to assist with player and coach development. The age-appropriate 10-week curriculum is available in 14 categories ranging from 2-4 year recreational soccer to 17-19 year competitive.
